Domestic medical devices make a big hit in Dubai exhibition

Our country’s medical device manufacturers participated in the Dubai Medical Instruments Exhibition to open the floodgate of the Middle East Market.
Korea Medical Instruments Industrial Cooperative announced on 28th day 33 companies including HUMANMEDITEK recently participated in the Dubai Medical Instruments Exhibition and made total 171.3 billion dollars worth of export contract.
The Dubai Medical Instruments Exhibition was held at Dubai World Trade Center from 18th to 21st day. 1300 companies from 25 countries such as U.S.A. (85 companies), England (105), Germany (290), France (42), Italy (69), Belgium (27) and UAE (103) as well as Korea participated in this Exhibition.
33 Korea companies including HUMANMEDITEK Co., Ltd, manufacturing low-temperature plasma sterilizer, build separate Korea booth and displayed 60 items to receive well.
13,900 buyers visited the Korean booth and the amount result of meeting reached 97 million dollars.
Especially 329 thousand dollars worth products were sold at the site.
The related person in Korea Medical Instruments Cooperative said, “During the exhibition, the purchasing medical instruments mission from Iraqi Government visited our booth. The participant companies rushed to order our products,” and said, “An official in Public Health Dept. of UAE showed active interests on Korean medical instruments and promised to participate in KIMES exhibition this year to purchase our products.”
